Kevin T. Davis RFC

Kevin is a Partner for Davis & Wehrle, LLC and has been in the financial services business for the past 20 years where he has earned the designation of Registered Financial Consultant (RFC). Kevin graduated from Texas Christian University in 1988 with a BGS and an advanced degree in Ranch Management.

Kevin began his career working in the employee benefit and corporate debt administration divisions of a large trust and banking company. This opportunity provided exposure to medium to large corporate pension plans and corporate and municipal bond financing projects. From corporate trust, Kevin began working in the insurance and financial services industry. He has developed his business by listening to his clients and then introducing solutions for managing financial risks associated with their personal and professional life.

Kevin is a native of Austin, Texas where he continues to live with his wife Stacy and their two boys, Todd and Brooks. He has served as a board member of the United Way, coached youth sports, been active with the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of The Knights of the Symphony. He enjoys many different sports and spending time with his family at their ranch north of Austin.

Mark E. Wehrle CLU, ChFC, AIF®

Mark is a Partner for Davis & Wehrle, LLC and has been in the financial services business for over 40 years.  He is a 1973 graduate of Rice University with a BA in Economics.  Mark holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) professional credentials.  He is also a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA®).    

Mark possesses an extensive background in retirement plans and employee benefits.  His first employment experience was in 1973 in the employee benefits department of a large insurance company.  With the advent of ERISA in 1974, his duties were broadened to include this far reaching legislation which continues to this day to have an impact on the private pension system.  Mark’s knowledge base in this field has proven to be extremely valuable in working with not only our retired clients, but also with clients who require integration on their current retirement account into their financial plans.

Mark and his wife Debra have been residents of Austin &Central Texas for over 30 years.  They have 3 children all of whom are now grown.  Mark has served as Treasurer for the Casa Montessori Child Development Center since 1985 and he is very proud of his relationship with Casa Montessori and its significant contribution to the lives of its students and their families.  His hobbies include golf (sometimes this is work) and bridge.
